Dear Parents, Students, and Math Enthusiasts,

Welcome to the Math Challenge program at Canyon Creek! 

Math Challenge is a free enrichment program open to all Canyon Creek Elementary students. It is designed to give our students opportunities to sharpen their problem-solving skills. 

• Math challenge is FREE and NO SIGNUP is required.
• All students from K to Grade 5 are invited to participate.
• There will be 15 challenges throughout the school year, and each challenge will have 10 - 18 problems ordered by level of difficulty: easy to hard
• Refer to the calendar above for dates on when the challenges and their solutions will be available. You can find new challenges here: 2026-2027 Math Challenge page
• Register for email reminders when each challenge is released (and other updates during the school year) using this form.

• Solutions will be released and posted in two weeks at the same time as the next challenge and on the same page as the challenges.
• We encourage parents and siblings to explore the challenges together. Discussing strategies and ideas is a great way to build problem-solving skills.
• Please submit results using this Google Form, which is also available on the CC Math Challenge page.
• Please submit results before the deadline, or the student's name won't be shown on the week's wall of fame.

PRIVACY NOTE - If you do not want your student’s name to appear on our Wall of Fame, when submitting the Math Challenge results, please leave the student's name blank - but submit all other information (your email, grade/teacher, number of questions attempted and correctly answered).
